DESCRIPTION:The Measuring and Communicating Healthy Equity Change in Georgia Special Interest Group (Measuring & Communicating SIG) is a subgroup of the Community of Practice. This group is an open group\, with new attendees able to join at every meeting. Members of this subgroup are focused on working together to understand\, design\, and/or shape policy or programmatic solutions around measuring and communicating health equity change. \nThis will be the first meeting of the Measuring & Communicating SIG and they will be discussing their meeting schedule.
